Bobby had great attention to detail following up on my numerous questions, providing additional photos, addressing my concerns, and even picking me up from airport. Best experience I have had with a dealership in a long time, great customer service!

Been coming here for over a decade, but no longer. Bought a car, and leased 2 others over that time. Used to love them. However, after recent experiences I could not emphasize enough for you to avoid this place at all costs.
I used their service center attached to the dealership since I got my first car, and had great experiences with attentiveness and care from the team. This has NOT been the case the past 2 years. (I blame Roger and Mike in service, they are awful).
My first problem, I had an issue that needed repair. I was quoted over $3k, which was absurd bc I got the best warranty they offered when I purchased the car. Was told it wasn't covered. I knew this was false, and fought with them for forever about it. Was treated so rudely by Roger and Mike, treated me like I was dumb and they know better. I gave up and paid the $3k, for something that was covered in the warranty.
Three weeks later, ANOTHER problem. "Faulty part" I was told. Then was given a nearly $1k quote, told the warranty only covered *some* of it. I fought this again, bc they are wrong and it IS covered. Roger and Mike treated me awful, once again.
After their treatment this time, I vowed to never give my business to Biggers EVER again. I went to a different mechanic that same day. It ended up a $200 repair (Biggers said $1k). Why was it so much cheaper? Because the mechanic shared me with that Roger and Mike were not even submitting all the parts they were quoting me!!! The warranty DID cover these parts, like I have been telling them. I believe they are scamming, or at the very least being highly unethical. They lied straight to my face, multiple times. And cost me THOUSANDS of dollars. Roger and Mike are the management and they are doing this customers, knowingly.
If this is how they treat someone who knows Jim, the owner, imagine how they will treat you or anyone else.
AVOID THIS PLACE UNTIL THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS INVESTIGATED !!!!!!!!!!!!!
*Do not leave a comment telling me to call Roger (the number you always leave for any review). You know who I am, I will only speak to whoever is ABOVE Roger and Mike, and they must contact me directly as they have my information.*

I am not happy the way I was treated on 08/15/2024 at Biggers Chevrolet when I went for my vehicle service (oil change and other services), which is still under warranty. I told them also I would want my car to be watched after the oil change but after the service my chevy traverse was not watched. Then I went to Michael Matthews (the guy responsible for my car services) to make a complaint that my vehicle is not watched but he lied to me that it had been watched whereas it was not so. My chevy traverse was dusty and dirty. This is unfair the way I was treated by Michael Matthews because he lied to me and did not treat me with respect. I was sad the way he treated me. My chevy traverse is still under warranty, and Michael Matthews has audacity to lie to me that my vehicle was watched whereas it was not.

We recently purchased a vehicle and it was the best experience we had. Diego M was more than helpful, knowledgeable and patient with our questions and the whole process. I don't understand why my oil change cost 16% more than it did 7 months ago. Even then, the price had just gone up 34%. April 2022 it cost 49.38 (that's how much it cost during the previous 4 years). Nov 2023 it cost 66.64. And 2 days ago they charged me 70.80, and that was after a $7 coupon. I don't know why they keep raising the price lately.

Bobby Mengler was my vehicle professional. He was great to work with. Very personable and not pushy at all. Knows his products and the Colorado ZR2 is best Truck I ever had. I will definitely buy from him and Biggers again.
