I recently had the pleasure of visiting Biggers Chevrolet in Elgin, and I must say, the experience surpassed all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team of incredibly friendly professionals who truly went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
Not only did they provide exceptional service for my vehicle, but they also took the time to recommend additional services without being pushy or rude when I declined some. Their consideration for my preferences and their transparent approach truly set them apart.
Despite the distance from my location, I am wholeheartedly convinced that I will make the journey back to Biggers Chevrolet for all my future automotive needs. Their exceptional customer service and genuine care for their customers have undoubtedly earned my loyalty. I highly recommend Biggers Chevrolet to anyone seeking a pleasant and reliable automotive service experience.

BE AWARE bait and switch scheduled air conditioning compressor was quoted 950 for everything and it would be done before noon. I showed up to my scheduled appointment receive a new quote of 1400 and they will have to order the compressor.

BEWARE of the service department! Went for a valve cover gasket leak. Left with check engine light on and 953$ invoice. They overcharge and upcharge for labor that you don't even need for the simplest of services. Horrible mechanics that can't fix an issue even though you're charged absurd amounts for labor. Service advisors will lie and say they need more time but in reality your vehicle will be sitting not getting worked on or fixed properly. They only care is to upcharge and get the most money out of you. Not fix your vehicle. Take your car elsewhere and save your time and money.

Bought a used car, found the brakes were in need of repair, talked to the service manager, and they took care of it. Total happy with my purchase. Easy, straight forward no extra sales tactics or pushing me to a more expensive vehicle. Got what I wanted at a good price.

Service is guaranteed, and they return your car cleaned.
