Two males working verbally judged me and a fellow customer on food we bought as we were checking out. Extremely rude. If you can’t provide good customer service, don’t work there. Also, prices really aren’t that great considering what this store preaches. Some of food tasted stale as well.

I've loved Big Lots since I was a teenager. But when I first moved to Illinois there wasn't any around me until I few years later. I hope BL is around forever. Great prices and well stocked. Nice staff too.

Prices are higher than all competitors. They're no longer an overstock type store.Fake BOGO half price sale, tricks you into buying 2 toys to equal same as single prices elsewhere.

I recently purchased a recliner. Lucas was amazing and very professional, he even helped me load it in my van. The whole staff is very friendly and is always willing to help. They kicked my weekend off in a positive direction. They have a customer for life!P.S. this recliner is super comfortable

It's been years since I've set foot in a Big Lots store because the one by me closed ... it's still one place I can say, I have fun shopping because I find things that I've never really paid attention to before.... it was always a discount store and for some is not worth it (at least for those who are used to high-end price?), but I actually enjoy shopping here... I'll keep stopping by when I get a chance, as I know it's close to work!
