I had a great experience this morning at Batteries Plus Bulbs this morning. I visited this store a few months ago and found the condition of the store dirty and cluttered, and initial service was somewhat lacking. This morning was a totally different story. The new manager Elyn, greeted me immediately and took care of my request without hesitation. The condition of the store was vastly improved, no more clutter and much cleaner. Elyn offered me options for the product I purchased which no one at this store has done in the past. All in all a great experience.

Eric was very understanding and gave me a discount when I had to drive to two Batteries+ stores to pick up a key fob at one store and get it cut and programmed at another store. Thank you Eric, great service.

I needed to replace the battery on my daughters Razor electric scooter. Eric took the time to solder the old wiring harness to the new battery. Would highly recommend this store for any battery needs!

I bought a battery from here called a A76 and the young blonde haired man corrected me of their part number is being a 357 , I like to be thorough and make sure and when I asked him if that’s what it was , he then body slammed me head first into the ground and said it’s a 357 , he then dropped an elbow on my sternum and I lost my breath , after the interaction I bought the battery and thanked him , I feel more educated as of now. Good customer service.

I went in for my car remote battery and the service and understanding I received was amazing. The representative was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. I really appreciated all the help and concern that I traveled from a different store. They really care about their customer.
