Their ATM ate my money. I tried to deposit $180 and it only read $80. Now I'm in the process of a claim. I advise to just walk in and bear the long lines that everyone else is complaining about.

Less than zero stars. Negative stars. I wish I never switched banks. Incorrect information given even when in writing. I can only make an informed decision when given correct information, which one would hope would be by the bank tellers in person. NOPE. Lies lies lies.Sat in the bank for two and a half hours because they decided to put an additional hold on my deposit out of nowhere- which was being used for surgery, which now I have to figure something else out in less than 24 hours and they could care less. I will be advising my company to leave Bank of America with all the employees 401ks and look into a real bank for that. I don't trust that bank with a penny. I would avoid Bank of America at all costs, they truly don't care even when life depends on it. My fault for thinking there was still good in the world. Definitely not at Bank of America.

The ATM drive up is very accessible to vehicles driving up to do business with their money machine.

Nobody ever answers the phone, you will send an email and will not get a response. Go to Geneva location instead.

Bad Management,Worst place to go to.Not just that but tried calling?No one will ever answer the phone.I tried calling several times to schedule appointment and not once I've been successful.

Well, I wish I could do no stars at all.This place has only gone downhill. Barely any cashiers. They got rid of their Drive-thru lanes.It would be nice to have more ATM machines on the former DT lanes since there is only one outside, and one inside.Impossible to book an appointment at this branch via the website or app. There are never dates/times available.Go to a different location or do fully online banking.

Having being a loyal BOA customer for over 15 years, this has to be the worst location that I have ever been to. On this sunny day, I went to this location to deposit some checks. While in line, a lady approached me asking what I needed. I told her I need to deposit checks, she asked me to do so at the atm but I declined as I have had bad experiences in the past with BOA’s atm. She then proceeded to hand me a deposit slip. I approached the cashier and handed her the checks. The previous lady came forward and asked that I deposited the checks at the atm. I declined again insisting that I would prefer to do it with the cashier. She then began asking unnecessary questions which I felt was crossing the line of being profiled. I told her I would prefer to focus on my transaction and not have any conversation. She then stated that she was only having a conversation and decided to hold up the transaction until I responded yo her question. I insisted I would prefer to not to talk to her and for the cashier to solely help me with this transaction. Bryselda refused and insisted that I talk to her. The manager, a Caucasian lady came out and I explained the situation to her. She said “ keep your voice down and we would process your transaction” she spoke to me as if I was a child and I felt it I didn’t stop talking, she was going beat me up or throw me out of the bank or worse, call the police and claim harassment. Today marks the last transaction that I will have with BOA and as I will be closing my account. This location serves mostly minorities and it seems that they make to effort to improve their service based upon their reviews. Since BOA is closing most of their branches, this location should be added to that list.

Nobody answer phonecalls, there is no option to wait and you jus get disconected. ( rude ) Same with general custumer service phone number.

Just received a much needed certified check from another bank and went inside to deposit it. Was told it would be available next business day. Now at 10:30pm I get an email stating it's on a hold for NINE days! That's 9 days! What a joke. I'm done with Bank of America.

Why does this branch only have 1 drive up ATM when every other branch has 2 or 3 drive ups plus a walk up? Always a slow experience going here. It can't be that hard to add another ATM.
