Stay away! I've been trying to get a fraudulent transaction off of my credit card with this bank for months!! It's been like pulling teeth. First you have to wait absurdly long to talk to a real human, then they file your "fraud" claim incorrectly, then they drag their feet on providing lawfully required documentation of your claim. I've tried to rectify my claim three times already - every time I speak to a rep, they tell me to wait 24-48 hrs for a call from a "specialist" who will gather the needed information. I am yet to receive a single call. I doubt they even have "specialists".I regret having ever had an account with Associated Bank. Go with a real bank. Stay away from this unprofessional, obstructive institution.

Terrible bank. Sandy answered the phone yesterday and was pleasant but told me that the man I am engaged to is scamming me even though I have met him. I told her I had spent a few weekends with him and she said that was too soon for him to ask me to marry him. Stuck her nose in my personal business.I called later and Maria answered. I told her I would not be in to withdraw my balance because I didn't feel well. She was cold and indifferent.Kyle Kappel, who works in their fraud department accused me of impersonating myself and is closing my account because like Sandy, he thinks my fiance who is in the military is a scam.Horrible horrible bank - don't open an account there.

I am pleased at how friendly the tellers are with the customers. They always take an interest in me. The service is always excellent.

Huge, new, beautiful location! Excellent customer service. I got helped right away. They solved the problem with my card not working. I will try to come to this location as much as possible.

Excellent & expedient service! The front line staff of tellers are friendly yet knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions. The bank manager, Jared, is a positive-mannered, thoughtful professional who evidently leads his team with a user-friendly philosophy. Good experience in this bank. Feels a bit like "Cheers" where everyone knows your name...
