Major thanks to ALEXUS for her superior work! My eyeglasses were bent at the hinge and difficult to fix, but she persevered and won the day. Saved me from having to buy a new pair, which would have cost several hundred dollars because my eyesight is so bad. Deepest gratitude!!

Opticians Alexis and Bea or V not sure, but both were to be commended EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Just wish you carried the frame I fell in love with. Will continue to return as long as they are there!

The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I ordered two pair of glasses, and one of them came in in such a peculiar style not at all what I ordered. So they said they would re-order, but they never let me know when the new ones came in. I finally called them, and then, when I went in to get the glasses, they searched and searched in the most chaotic way As if they could be anywhere! I had only had the glasses about a month when one of them just fell apart in my hands, became unscrewed, and the lens fell out. When I took it back in to be repaired, they said oh do you want us to tighten the screws? Duh! They explained that sometimes the factory doesn’t tighten the screws and I said then why don’t you tighten the screws before You give them to a customer? The excuse was, I guess we trust the factory too much, But I would say another reason is they don’t spend enough time with the Customer they just hand you a pair of glasses they don’t fit them to your face and make sure that they’re comfortable or anything else. The staff is very nice, and seem to be doing their best under the circumstances but I think they are understaffed and undertrained.

They told me that they would have a pair of my new contact to try I forgot about it ran back in the store and they said they would come with my contacts. My contacts came with no sample pair. So I called and they said that I had to go into the store to try them on not happy.

If your child has special needs or is on the spectrum don’t expect Dr. Patel to have the patience or knowledge to be able to handle given them an eye exam. When I called to make the exam they asked if there were any health issues. I always make sure to mention his needs incase they are unable to assist, proceeded with scheduling after representative reassured me that they could accommodate my child. Only to have Dr. Patel say “ I’m refusing the exam please go somewhere else” this is not my childs first eye exam.

Wonderful!!The team was very helpful and patient. I was new to getting glasses and I was thoroughly explained on what to get and the benefits of each add on like blue light and bifocals! Young man named Dennis was very patient and guiding! Would come here again!!

Wonderful customer service. I brought my 9 year old to get new glasses and was amazed at the variety. We were helped by Alexus and she was extremely patient. I came at a peak time and did not feel rushed. When it was time to pick up the new frames they even noticed that the frames were a little to tight and adjusted the frames without me asking.

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. This place used to have helpful knowledgeable people working here but idk when they all left. They have a bunch of incompetent teenagers working who have no idea what they are doing. So unhelpful.A few weeks ago I came in to get contacts for the first time and the guy checking me out had no idea how to answer any of my questions! He kept asking the girl sitting next to him with a nasty attitude who didn’t even offer to help him come explain my questions, the poor kid looked lost and so I felt so annoyed that Im paying money for these services and they just don’t even care to provide good customer service at all. All they were worried about was closing and leaving. Today I walked in to pickup my contacts and the guy at the front desk was watching videos on his phone. The girls sitting in the back were gossiping. When he handed me the contacts didn’t even ask me if I had questions. I am never ever coming to this place for eye care ever again!!! Train your employees to be helpful and of service!

Would not recommend. I Was running behind for my appointment so I called to let them know. I was on hold for 33 minutes and was told that as long as I got there before 1:00 it would be fine. I got there at 12:44 and they had no recollection of my call even after I showed them my call log on my phone. The staff there told me they would not be able to take me until 2:00. If they are incapable of simple duties such as managing phones and appts I would not trust them with my eyecare.

I ordered contacts for my daughter after her eye exam, where the staff was rude and unhelpful. She has 2 separate prescriptions for her eyes. Upon getting her contacts, they came in a big box with 5 separate contact boxes when it should be even if I had been given equal amounts for each eye. 4 of the boxes had the prescription for her left eye and 1 of them for her right eye. I called the store to let them know of what had happened, and I was told “that was what I paid for” and they couldn’t do anything to help me. I did not pay for 4 boxes of one eye and 1 box of the other, I paid for 6 boxes, 3 right eye and 3 left eye. I’m very disappointed with the service.

I don't think I could have had a worse experience. The front staff is rude, immature, difficult, and just plain awful. I couldn't help but feel as though I was being racially profiled as well. They clearly don't like their job. I honestly could write pages about my experience here and how awful it was and how disgusting the staff is... but i'll spare them the embarrassment and you all the time. All I'll say is please never go there unless you want to be treated like the worlds biggest POS.
