Pretty great service overall. For sure the best communication I've seen by far. Although I'm probably going to need to bring my car back due to paint flaking/chipping off where repairs were done and panel and lift gate gaps that are pretty noticeable. Overall it was a great experience

Caliber Collision was very great with keeping me updated and after getting hit by a plow I wasn’t sure my car would ever be the same. They finished it in the correct time frame they gave me and it came back looking even newer than when I got it. I highly reccomend caliber in Elgin if you need collision repair

They were able to save and repair my bumper instead of having to replace it. They did a superb job blending the paint afterwords as well. Can’t even tell there was any damage to begin with. Michael also went above and beyond to make sure I stayed up to date with the status of my vehicle. Hopefully I never have to have repair work done again but if I ever do I know where I’ll be taking my vehicle. Thanks guys for the quick fix.
