Janna has been wonderful with our puppies! We hired her for daily lunchtime visits for two puppies from 8 weeks to 6 months. She was fabulous! Great communication every day, even pointed out issues we may not have been aware of. Very professional and a real great help when we needed it most. Any pet would be in wonderful hands with Janna!

We have a St. Bernard and an ancient corgi. Janna has taken excellent care of them on multiple occasions. Our old dog now needs a lot of help getting in and out of the house and Janna has been able to help her. She also walks our (sometimes exuberant) St. Bernard which he really needs daily. Her pricing is reasonable, she is trustworthy, and her responsiveness is excellent. Also, we love the daily journal she keeps of the dogs’ antics. Recommended

I am a nurse and I got a wonderful Great Dane puppy right before the pandemic. I was working and had to leave my sweet baby all day. I was walking him one day and just happened to meet her during our walk. I had thought about a pet sitter but worried about someone I didn't know coming into my home.Jenna was a life saver. She came to my rescue, walking him and pottying him during the day while I was working. Her visits really helped reinforce his potty training since he had a chance to potty while I was gone.She is also knowledgeable and gave great advice regarding training and equipment. She also told me about a marvelous dog park to help with his socialization and get out some of the puppy energy.I never worried about her coming into my home. She has been trustworthy and actually guess above and beyond. My boy was feeling ill and had a not so nice accident in his crate. She cleaned it up and updated me with what was going on.I would recommend her to anyone in need of a friend for their dog. My boy loves her and do do we.

I have been using Janna for 8 years. She is the most dependable, honest and caring person. And she is very knowledgeable about animals in general. It is a huge relief to know she will always be here when I need her. And my dogs absolutely love her!! I rate her 10 stars out of five! I can't imagine finding anyone better.

This is a fabulous pet sitting service. The owner is very committed to ensuring quality care for your pets. I previously had an elderly cat who required subcutaneous fluids every so often. Janna was quite skilled at delivering the treatment while maintaining a calm atmosphere for my cat. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

We love our cat and we ALWAYS call Janna at A Family Friend Pet Service when we go out of town. Janna knows exactly how to care for our Starla and she always leaves extremely detailed notes each day that help us to feel secure that our pet is in great hands.
