This place does not honor the deals in the rewards that 7-Eleven implies for reward customers basically the picture shows chicken wings bone in. They were telling me that is not the deal. I have to take the bonus ones.

False advertising. Cashier rang me up for a total that didn't match the signs on their windows, and the labels in the store. When I asked him about it he told me "This is price."

I used my debit card to make gas purchase. My car used 43 of the 50 bucks that I prepaid for. Clerk refused go pay Mr back change. Said 1-3 days it'll come back to card. Never came back. They robbed me of my change. It's been 5 daysEdited My review to add. I contacted the 711, like the comment said. No response. And also it's been 7 days and still no refund. You guys are robbing people. Next step for me is BBB

I'm really impressed with the integrity of these guys.I came in to buy something I wanted two of them and it was going to be a certain price.The manager or owner (not sure) let me know I could get another item, and the total cost was even cheaper with a special. So he threw in a third one so I could take advantage of the promo.I appreciate it when management shows that they care about your customers. It makes me a lot more likely to come back to this location .And for that you earn a good review.I have no complaints.

A guy billing made the entire store believe that we don't pay for our snacks because we are Latino, the worst experience and the worst attention these stations have, they should hire friendly, non-discriminatory professional people, this Hindu guy should be fired

Horribal , service came in to deposit cash on chime card refused to do it , claim to say you need a bar code with chime when you don’t unprofessional refused to give me manage info said there was no manager this is ridiculous felt like discrimination, I will be reporting this

Not sure why they hire someone for the mornings that cannot speak English and he is the only one there. Every morning there is a long line because customers are trying to explain to him what they want and he just doesn't understand a word of what anyone is saying. They need to hire someone younger that can speak English and hang up some air fresheners this place smells like an armpit

Store employee hung a sign that said for 15 minutes. I waited over an hour and when the employee finally opened the store he was rude and was cussing at customers. I’ll never come back again that’s for sure.

Everyone i go in the bathroom is disgusting, staff on there phones, boxes laying around. Staff is rude an act like you are bothering them. Overall not a place will visit again.

I was refused a refund or exchange for a faulty item I purchased at this store just a few hours beforehand. The cashiers working here are ever revolving and never seem to have proper training.
