They stay over-charging. Keep an eye on your receipts. Starbucks frappucino promo stickers all over the cooler say "2 for $7", they charged me $7.50, and then applied the promo. It's only .50 cents, but it's an indicator of how they run their store. The scam is built-in, and when I asked the cashier about it, he just acted like he couldn't understand me???

Found out the air machine outside that pumps air into tires was broken. Upon connecting it to my car it began drawing air out of my tire instead of inflating, reducing the PSI to 18 and disabling my vehicle. The franchise owner refused to call roadside help or own up to the situation. He said "call the number on the side of the machine" (they're closed on Sunday) and refused to hang a sign outside the machine, indicating it was defective. Needless to say, will never shop at this establishment again. The air machine has the 711 logo on it, is on his premises, and in case of an accident, he would be held liable.

The people working here are kind, but the prices are all overpriced. They don't even follow their own deals. They just state they don't come up. Then, put it in manually. There is a sign posted. Total ripoff. The one down the street does the same thing. I've been to other locations that actually follow the deals.

Went in at 12:20am to purchase alcohol. Was refused because I “don’t live in Illinois.” Ridiculous.Forgot to mention, I went to the BP across the street from Thorntons, and they scanned my ID with no issue. So either train employees to correctly identify out of state ID’s or invest in the technology that’s been available for years

I went in @430 on a Saturday and the entire back cooler was basically out of stock on Pop. 90% of the case was out. Coke, Pepsi, Dr Pepper all out of stock. Store looks like it hasn't been restocked in DAYS. Never going back in this store again. They almost never have what I want.

Honestly. Im done going to this 7-11. They are usually low or out of stock of sugar free redbulls. I got a payday candy bar today and it was expired. Then i come back after work to get some drinks and its 11:45pm and the tall skinny guy inside waves his hands saying theyre closed even though its a 24-hr 7-11. So yeah. Dont go here. Go to the next convenience store because theyre the least convenient 7-11 ive ever been too. And what makes it worse is this is the closest to my house so now ill gladly drive further and take my business elsewhere.

Place is a dump. Employee is rude, lazy and doesn’t want to work. Also bootleg stuff here.

Walked in at 1230 today, guy was there, door was unlocked and I've been here at 1 am before in the past to make nicotine purchases. He tells me store is closed and register is closed even though hours state 24 hours....turned me away even though I drove 10 minutes to this one specifically

I’m not sure what happen to this 7-eleven but now every time I go a new set of rules. It was just after 12 went in to purchase wine and was told that I couldn’t because no one wants to work 3rd shift. Then I couldn’t purchase my items because his scanner wouldn’t work. I’m sure there is a manual option but he insisted that I go down the street because it is less expensive. I use to love the staff here but come on this was such a sad experience.

This place was decent. I used to stop here sometimes after finishing my route, but not anymore. Any place that closes temporarily at random times in the middle of the night doesn't get my business. I prefer going to places that I can count on being open when I get there.
