Staff is always very friendly stores are always very clean, good place for a quick trip in and out when you need something on the go. The only place that has a drive-thru. They always have whatever I'm shopping for.

The staff at this location could use a training class on customer service! I stopped for gas and butane. The truck I was driving has no air conditioner so I carry a torch lighter with me so I don't have to keep rolling the windows up and down. I go in pay for gas and a can of butane which cost over $6 with tax. I go outside and straight to the truck and pump gas. Grab my lighter and proceed to fill it, but the tip of the butane can was defective. Not broke, just a manufacturer defect. I went dire try back in, so no more that 5 mins. and I never left, and she refused to return or exchange it. She said it was store polocy! I said "even if the item you sell someone is a defective item"? Yep! So I asked for the receipt and she gave it to me. I then went to my local ROC and the exchanged it right out. As I knew they would due to returning multiple little things like a couple boxes of defective tunes and a pair of sunglasses that had a gash on the inside of the lens that I hadn't noticed till getting outside and putting them on. It is amazing the difference in locations due to the staffing of the location.
