Thank you so much Elburn post office for help finding my international package. The staff was so nice and helpful. They went extra mile to email nearby sorting facilities about my package and followed up with me to confirm it was delivered. Great customer service at this location. thank you for being there for our community.

What a sweet sweet man working the front desk of the post office. He was so helpful and professional - I live right by the post office in Aurora and I refuse to step foot in there. They are so rude. I will drive the 35 minutes just to come to this location.
