The service at Suburban Tire was wonderful. They got us in right away and everyone was professional, kind and caring. They went above and beyond to take care of the problem and make sure the car was taken care of properly, including catching and repairing a mistake that was made when we took it to the dealership to get the brakes and rotors done a few months ago. I sure wish we had known about Suburban Tire then. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles here in the future should we need service.”

“Cheapest place around for an alignment! Called 4 places. Worked w me and got the car in same day and did the job while I was at work. Very professional. They gave me a printout of what was done and even sent a video underneath the car. Very pleased with the service! Used Zelle to pay, not sure if they accept CC’s. Again very happy, thanks guys!!”
“I know this is going to sound crazy, but it was a miracle that I happened to drive by at the most needed time!I had an appointment in Naperville that I had to reschedule from last Wednesday, because I forgot I had to go in person. I knew my front tires were low on air and I planned on the way back home I was going to fill them once I got to the next gas station since I needed gas as well. I was letting Google Maps direct me since I live at least 1 and a half hours away, there was at least 2 notifications for Google for a faster route and I accepted the tips. Then the next thing I know my car notifies me that my back passenger tire was getting low. I was praying for a gas station then I started watching my car sensor show that the air was going out fast in the back tire. In a second of time, I saw your sign and immediately knew I needed to stop there! Thankfully and I'm grateful that I did! The employees working were kind, polite, and able to get my back tire patched up and filled all my tires up right away for me, so I could get home safely. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle; I really appreciate you making the time, even making me aware of a another current, but mild issue with my vehicle, and assured me that it was safe enough for me to get home. Thank you so much again! May God bless you all much!!”

“Had a tire blow out on 90 put a spare on and made it to Discount Tire St Charles 5 min before they closed. Worried I would have to call in to work tomorrow because I would have no car, they took care of me after hours. Joey and Adair are one of a kind. Helped me get tires in my price range and really made me feel like I had been coming here for years. I cannot recommend their service enough, I will be singing their praises for a long time. Truly a customer service experience you do not see these days. Bravo gentleman! 5 Stars”

“I had tires installed here in early 2022, and it was rough. I was back this past weekend and the service has improved immensely! I had a 1PM appointment on a Sunday, it was done at 2PM. Everything was installed perfectly. However, service is still slightly subpar to proffesional shops. They don't put down floor coverings or seat coverings, resulting in marks on my seats. Luckily I have seat covers, a little more professionalism and attention to detail would be nice but I am glad they have improved as much as they have.”
