Called on a Monday morning to see if could bring my kitty in for an xray but the person I reached told me they are not accepting new patients. Bummer.

Our dogs were patients of Dr. Sage for years at Animal House. They all loved him as we did! We recently moved to Florida and miss going to Animal House. Dr. Sage is kind, extremely knowledgeable and just amazing with animals and people!! We definitely miss him.

The vets are all very nice and I have been going a long time. They have over the past couple years been taking on more clientele (I guess?) and now when my pet gets sick, they schedule the visit a few days out. I think that's too long of a wait when my pet is sick. They are not creating a schedule that allows enough time for sick visits. It makes me sad but for my pets welfare, I'm going to look elsewhere.

I want to just gush over the staff at the animal hospital. My daughter just moved back here and was without a vet. Her cat became gravely ill. She unfortunately had to go on a trip during figuring out what was wrong with our well loved cat! Dr Scott and staff keep us informed and our cat comfortable till our daughter made it home and she was able to make the very hard choice of letting her go peacefully! We can't thank them enough for the help and compassion during a very difficult time!

This office is absolutely the best. The care for an injured kitten I found was unbelievable. Long story short I found an injured kitten that needed an amputation. The care is beyond words they took such good care of him and looked him over head to toe and found a different injury that another vet office missed the day before. They called us and talked us through everything and pricing and were so accommodating to our schedules as well. Dr.Scott is amazing and so were all the techs on clovers case ! You all are truly a blessing. Knowledgeable and great service! Highly recommend

The vets here are great. The front office staff are so rude, and consistently rude that I will be finding another vet to take my animals to. Note to all business owners... the people answering your phones (and they're the only ones you speak to now during covid) are the face of your business. Make sure it's a good one.

Always so caring and kind with my Max. The staff is considerate, knowledgeable, and well worth the drive we take to get there. We love the balance between traditional and alternative medicine Dr. Patrick offers.

Would get a second opinion before taking this vets word for any services you need. We brought our dog in with a lump on her paw that looked like a tumor she had removed before. He said he was certain it was an infection and sedated her to go in and clean it out but to be on the safe side hed send it out for biopsy. Results came back a tumor and therefore him cleaning it out made 8t spread through her whole body and was an unesscasary surgery because it was not an infection it was a tumor that cost us 700 dollars. He should have just taken a sample and biopsies it to begin with. No apology was ever given only an explanation that he needs to remove her toe which will be another 2000 thousand dollars. This vet is just out for money! Buyer beware!

I can't thank Animal House - and its wonderful staff- enough. Everyone treated us with tremendous consideration. We had to put our dog down on Saturday- a sad task after 15 years of devotion and loyalty. Dr. Gebhard handled this with the height of professionalism coupled with tremendous empathy for our dog - and her owners. There aren't enough words to say how grateful we are for the treatment we received. Thank you again for your wisdom, skill and compassion.

This is 2 years overdue, but better late than never. My dog and I LOVE Animal House. He gets excited to go there and always leaves wagging his tail. Dr. Gebhard treats my dog as if he were her own. She's kind and patient with Bodie. Yesterday my dog went in to get neutered. He left there wagging his tail. You know it's a good place if your dog is happy to be there even after he just got cut open . The day after his surgery he was back to the same energetic dog, no pain. The incision looks great (not irritated or red). In all honesty, all the staff I've encountered there are so kind and welcoming. I will continue to bring my dogs here for as long as I'm in the area. I recommend them whole heartedly.

Per the reception , properly vaccinating a new born puppy is not an "essential service" ...

I have been using this veterinary hospital for a few years since I had an emergency with one of my dogs and my normal vet could not see me. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The entire staff from the receptionists to the techs and all doctors couldn't be more caring and compassionate people. Today I had to euthanize one of my dogs and once again the compassionate people who work there were so kind to us. They don't rush and explain everything and make sure you are okay with everything going on. I am so grateful for the caring people who work here. They treat your animal as if it is their own!

Great staff all around. We have had a few doctors between this location and the North Aurora location, and every one has been nothing short of excellent. The entire staff is always attentive and accommodating. Great care and attention is showed to my dog each and every time. The quality and integrity of a business though can be measured best when not everything does go right--as errors can happen from time to time--and you are left to see how they respond. When there was a recent mixup that delayed results, they went above and beyond to promptly rectify the situation.
