Jewel has always been a little pricey but this location is clean and very convenient. Its nice to have it so close and yet carry so much for a small town.

I had to get my tonsils removed yesterday and the person who has been helping me at the pharmacy has made the experience so much easier. His name is Abdalla (apologizes if this is not spelled correctly) but he was so kind, polite, and so incredibly helpful in every way. I have several chronic illnesses and have spoken to probably over 70 different pharmacy technicians over the years and he has the most composure, best customer service attitude, and the kindest voice of anyone I've ever spoken to. He was incredibly helpful in aiding me in getting my medication filled and I cannot express how truly grateful I am for his help. I know the job isn't easy, as I've worked retail and fast food. People can be unkind on both ends, however Abdalla doesn't seem to he one of those people. Thank you for making this easier for me, and for making my day better in a time where I am in pain. I wish you the best success in life, and I hope there is a promotion or a raise for this man at some point in the near future. He deserves it 110%.

Wanted balloons and cupcakes for my daughters 10th b-day. We don't live here so it was hard finding a place nearby in a snowstorm. The bakery went out of their way to get us cupcakes we liked and Lisa Leman in the floral dept. put together a beautiful set of balloons for her. Then Glen at checkout was just super kind and cheerful. Great to see in todays "me me" pandemic society.

Have been coming here for awhile now. This pharmacy is the absolute best... very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.. EVERYONE. Was here tonight picking up a prescription and for the first time met Dylan. He was really FANTASTIC!! So personable. Thanks Dylan for bringing more sunshine to my day. We could all use more people like you☀️

We have been going to this Jewel-Osco since they opened and were always pleased with their selection and service. In the past year or so, this location has been terrible! The store is not well stocked, things are in the wrong place, perishable foods are out past their expiration dates and service is really lacking. It is so sad that this Elburn location has gone so far downhill. I do most of my shopping at Meijer now and go to either the St Charles or South Elgin if I need something I can only get at Jewel.

They have old food on the shelf. Wish it wasn't so far to go back. Or so cold. Cheese doesn't have date.

Use to enjoy shopping at Jewel. Went into the store today and was told, I had to wear a mask. I explained can't because of a medical condition. I had a couple things in my cart the manager approached me and I told her the same thing, she told me to leave. So I left my shopping cart and exited the store. So unless you are able to wear a mask you are not allowed to shop in the store.

This Osco pharmacy is the best! After a not-so-great experience at another Osco, we are so pleased to work with this pharmacy staff. They are not only extremely helpful, but also genuinely nice and compassionate. We use the pharmacy a lot so it is important to have a good relationship with pharmacists and techs. Keep up the good work and know that we appreciate you very much!

A bit pricey causing me to drive further east to Meijer. The store is clean, organized, fair to good produce. Check out is not bad. Glad they got rid of the self serve check out. Cashiers are friendly. What really gets me is I've gone in at times and there are NO carts available. Often times I skip the deli when only one person is waiting on several customers. And forget the meat case. So often no one is there to wait on you. Why do stores place their best meat in areas where they cannot be purchased? Just wrap em and put em out in self-serve. Overall, this Jewel has moved from my #1 store to a store where I will just drop in.

I went to the deli counter and the 20 year old male ignored me for a good 3-4 minutes. (There was no one else standing there at the time; 3:30 pm on Sunday, July 8th, 2018). Then a man with his teenage son walked up and was acknowledged and greeted immediately, and waited on. After the man was finished with his order, the young worker went back to cleaning and preparing other food items. Still no greeting or acknowledgment that I was even there. I asked is someone working here?? And he replied, "Yeah, as soon as I finish this up, Ill be with you." I said, "No, you help me now, I was ahead of the man you just helped." He said, "No you'll have to wait." Atrocious customer service. Maybe because I was a female??
