I was in the self service bay, next to the owner office and paid my $5.00, when 1st spray rinse my vehicle, I changed to use the soapy brush when I was 1/2 way around my car I felt the handle slipping and noticed there was BLACK GREASE all throughout the handle! I put the greasy brush back on the holder and swiched to the spray nozzle because the time clock was winding down and finished getting soap removed from my car!I told the older man and he said he'll wash the handle. I said I have it all on my hands and couldn't further use it. I said if he can compensate me something for this and he ignored me. I will NEVER use this car wash again.

All 3 bays today refused to take my crisp money. Card machine only worked on one bay. I go to swipe it. And the dial is broken. It's shooting suds out of the brush and could not get a drop of soap through the sprayer. This is not the first time I've had issues at this place either. Needless to say it is worth driving into St charles to get a proper wash.

Always get a clean car. You never have to wonder if plain soap, wax, or soft water are coming... you can plainly see it.

Great place to go and wash your car yourself in there self wash bays and vacuum your car out for about 15 dollars, depending on how quick you are. They also have car cologne spray gun to make the inside smell good.

Big fan of the auto wash, quick and inexpensive. Self service bays are great for dirtier occasions.
