“I traveled all the way from Alabama to Illinois to pick up my 2016 GMC Sierra Denali. Truck was as described and appeared to be in excellent shape. Transaction went smoothly and I was about to leave when I noticed a water leak at the front of the headliner. Originally thought it was the roof molding....so it was 3M glued it until I could get it home to get it replaced. Once home I had the roof molding replaced at my local Chevy dealer...but this did not eliminate the leak. After further diagnosis, the leak turned out to be the roof antenna (common issue on this model). Shared all this with the salesman Dylan Harmon, in order to be reimbursed as we had previously agreed to (verbally and in writing) and got nothing but the runaround. Escalated this to the gm, Skip Harmon, and he handled it immediately.
