I’m very disappointed with my experience. After bringing my cat to get spayed, she contracted fleas at the clinic, which then spread to my other cat at home. I was required to sign a paper before the procedure stating if she had fleas on her, they would be unable to operate. Despite her not having fleas before, they are stating there is no proof that the fleas were contracted from them.
They only provided treatment for one of my cats, leaving me to cover the costs for the other. I find it unacceptable that I’m being charged to fix an issue that was caused by the clinic in the first place. I expected a higher standard of care, cleanliness, and responsibility.

Best vet in my area! Gredt with my pups, grest with my livestock as well! Had a pregnancy complication with one of my bigger dogs. Met me at clinic, helped her and didn't lose any pups. Staff is friendly and they are making store front upgrades. Place looks great!

They made my sick puppy wait out in the hot car when he's black....because they are petrified of parvo...but he's only five pounds and I can literally carry him anywhere without him touching anything. They did not send me home with a water drip. I had to get it from a different vet clinic. I got charged 100 for the vet visit even though the appt was at 1 30 pm...'a priority fee'

They have always been very helpful and friendly. RJ doesn't mind going there at all . All the staff are very good.

Sadly to say I am choosing another vet for care for my dog. I was not happy about the cost of my visit. I was expecting to pay up to $50 or so but $231 was a bit much. First of all I took my dog just to get heartworm med and toenails clipped. The doctor repeated back to me what he was getting. They took my dog out of room to clip his nails and brought him back to me with a bandage on his leg and didn't even explain to me why. When nurses came in I asked why. Then they gave him rabbies and vaccines along with the heart worm meds. When I went to pay and found out the bill I was upset. They didn't even give me options for the heartworm which kind to give him. Didn't explain the cost difference. I love my dog and glad he is taking care of but please people explain before doing so we have a choice.
