Received some of the best service in the industry from Mikayla and Maddox, great friendly service. They were super detailed and respectful in explaining everything. And they were respectful when asking me if I needed lights/wipers/filters etc. They went above and beyond with making sure I knew what I was getting.

If I could do zero stars, I would without a doubt. We will not be coming back to this place. The employees will scam you out of your money. Came in for a $50 oil change with my boyfriend and my one year old. My one year old got fussy my sitting in the car so I took him outside while my boyfriend handled the payments for mine and his car. An oil change ended up being and oil change, new windshield wipers, two new filters and a new lightbulb in the headlights. This was all taken place when I was outside. I did not see the receipt until I got back home to bring everything inside. Tell me WHY I would need a new light bulb if my entire headlight were only a month old ALONG with my windshield wipers. They looked the same before and after going to Valvoline. My $50 oil change ended up being $175 for things I did not need. My boyfriend was greatly taken advantage of and scammed. If I can edit, I will upload the picture of my receipt when I get back home.

Way to expensive for the service and quality they offer. Employee's have Little to no experience. Was a great location before Valvoline took over, don't waste your time or money.

Will never come back. 10-15min oil change signs need to come down, and don't respond saying it depends on the service the vehicles infront of you get. One car infront of me, over 45 mins then it was my turn for basic change. Nearly an hour. Guy kept bouncing between bays but very clearly fully staffed. Expensive. If I'm in bay one, I don't need to hear if the car in bay 3's taillights are good. When I say don't check my air filter, don't tell me "well we are going to check anyway." Respect your customer's requests & their vehicles.

Don't go here if your on a schedule and all you want is an oil change. It took a little over an hour for me to get out the other side...... they are all about "add on" sales as i watched the customer ahead of me and then tried the same on me. Preforming other services are fine if thats how you want to run your business but kind of annoying when your looking for "an oil change in about 15 minutes" plus the vehicle ahead in line. Prices are higher than going to your dealership. I don't plan on returning. If i could have backed up and left i would have. All the yelling to each other in the bays was a bit much.

Worst place ever do not go here they scam you I had work done on 11/20/23 to have my oil changed and all my food checked since I just bought the vehicle used Michaela the manager there told me I need a new serpentine belt I said okay how much she told me I said go ahead and put it on I waited about a half hour for them to go get the belt and come back it took four of them three people with pry bars plus herself to get this belt on I made a comment about how the old belt and the new belt were different sizes she said the old belt stretches over time but it'll be okay she told me go ahead and start my engine up I went ahead and started the engine up she had flashlights up on top of the engine when I started it up the vibration caused them to go down into my engine and the flashlight shattered either in the engine or underneath don't know but I asked her if there was anything wrong with the car she said no everything's good on January 4th my truck started making vibrations and a noise that I've never heard before took it to Effingham Tire and Auto Center and come to find out the belt they had on there was the wrong belt it was for a different year on my truck with them putting the wrong size belt on created the pulley and tensioner to bend and also there is a chip in the fan blade and it's slightly bent I've contacted Valvoline numerous times they refuse to speak to me after the first time I talk to Michaela let her know what happened she said she was flabbergasted at what happened and she would contact the area manager who in turn never contacted me I waited a couple days turned around and called back all I wanted was the corporate number which they refuse to give finally upon getting the corporate number I filed and made a claim I have all the documented paperwork but yet the Effingham Valvoline still refuses to talk to me and fix the problem cuz my truck is still not right

Had a great experience at Valvoline. Our hybrid was having some issues, and they took take extra care to make sure we were good to go before we left. Mikayla was a huge help and explained everything to us.

This was a drive thru oil change. So fast, we ate breakfast while they changed the oil. We were on our way to a wedding in Kansas, our oil light came on, on the way. Thanks for changing our oil!

A little pricey but there is something to be said for people who know what they're doing. I'd rather pay for experience and have it done right the first time than have to pay more later because someone doesn't know what they're doing. Very friendly people.

Expensive, try to upsell services not needed, did not reinstall skid plate, air filter box was left loose. Corporate sent emails to location and called many times over a 2 week period without anyone from the location responding.

Stopped here to get my van service asked if they filled the brake fluid reservoir the guy said no they could not do it but the paperwork says that it checked out okay um. Then how did or can you check it without taking the cap off which BTW it's lowService: Oil change
