Broke down on 57 south! With a 2500 GMC and a 40' 5th wheel! Michael came and hooked up the truck and trailer in one trip! Was able to save money that way!

My wife and I were stranded the other day 13 hrs from home. Your driver towed us 100 miles into St Louis. Great guy very personable very professional. Unfortunately with everything going on I didn't get his name. However that being said I'm truly grateful for your help.

Worst towing company ever. I have dealt with a lot of shops and towing company but this one is one of the worst. I called and asked them to come out and I spoke with Tim and we agreed for a tow of 10 miles on a price of $600. Once they towed me 10 miles to the TA and it came to pay they changed it totally. He said i charge per hour $ 275 and my driver spent 3 1/2hour for 10 miles plus hook and credit card charge. They charged me $1120.25 for a 10 miles towing. They are big thief and liars do yourself a favor and not do business with them.

Called for a towing on my truck and trailerWas stuck on the side of the highway for hoursWe agreed upon 275 dollars each way plus 50 dollars hook up fee plus 25 dollars credit card transaction feeThat's total of 625 dollars total for a 12 mile towAfter I got to the TA my bill was 1200 dollarsWhen I argued with him I saw a whole new face and rude attitude and simply said either pay or ill tow you to my yard and call the copsThen I would have payed maybe triple what he's askingYou took advantage of me being stock on the road and you changed your price once you finished the job then treated your customer with so much disrespectI paid you because I had no other choiceBut customers beware of this guyBeware that the price you'll pay at the end is double what he offers in the beginningI'd say try a different towing company one that's more legit not one owned by a bully

Umm as a person who travels a lot, I'm going to assume the lower reviews are from people who are checked into reality. They are a above beyond service company, and when our insurance failed to provide us with a tow they gladly took great care of us. The driver Joey was amazing to my wife, my service dog, and myself, and that's a understatement in my opinion. They arrived fast, they tried several different things to get it back on the road, and they towed us into the dealership and dropped us off at the hotel. And for the low costs at midnight on a Monday night, they're definitely worth using. 10+ stars for their speed, courtesy, and amazing recommendations for a great place to stay.
