The tire shop just lost over $1,000 in two new drive tire sales because they didn't want to change the tires with a trailer attached. Lazy! I said don't worry about it just cancel the order and I'll go on down the road and give somebody else my money.
That's exactly what I did 20 minutes later.

Avoid this repair shop by any means. They cheating in hours and very rud manager. The Manager today 3 pm was so rud and racist. Tried to cheat hours but caught him on time. The workers are afraid of him and wont say anything when he uses racist words. NEVER AGAIN TO TA/PETRO.

Great folks there! I lost my checkbook in the restroom. I called and they had found it,and I was able to retrieve it on the way home!

Cashier was very helpful. She was also patient and easy to talk with. I don’t recall her name. She has short hair and glasses (I think).

I've never seen such a dirty sh1thole. Petro going downhill fast.
$18- for a dirty shower. Absolute disgrace.

The worst business decision they ever made was getting rid of the Iron Skillet. This Petro is special thoe, it has the ABSOLUTE WORST IHOP I've ever been in. I will not be back, not even to buy fuel.
The showers are GROSS and look very ghetto. Nothing in the showers has been updated since the place was built in the 80s or 90s. They use to be so proud of this place and called it the Ritz of the truck stops. Had the newest and best amenities, movie theater, UPS, FEDEX, Iron Skillet with a peg game on every table,$1.69 to fill a thermos, breakfast buffet for $4.99 and dinner that sometimes served Fried Okra from $3.99 to $11.99. THIS IS NOW OFFICIALLY THE STATES ARMPIT, a real dump site.
The chrome shop across the road can have my business.
Oh BTW Petro give your text book replies to someone that gives a fook because I surly don't. You don't even make your replies believable.

Depressing weird odor throughout. Probably one of the most depressing ta/petro location. I remember when ta/petro was the king of the truck stop chains. Where as now their trash and Loves is the preferred stop. Only decent Ta/Petro locations are Walcott, Joplin, Kenly.

IHOP you might need to teach manners tu your employees just because I speak another language you guys don't need to be rude .
I'm American too .
But that's not the point ,
the point is when you guys going to open your eyes? every customer bring money to your business and because some close-minded employees feel different about skins colors or languages is affecting your pocket.
My money is the same than everybody else's

Omg!!!! Please don't come to here to oil change!!!.. I never met like this mechanic..I tried to oil change for my truck (cascadia)... A mechanic couldn't take off fuel filter from housing and he said he can't do oil change because the filter too tight.....so I went to other petro 4 hours away from there. They show me how to take off that filter from housing.It's not tight..just little bit twisted to the right. The problem was he didn't know how to take off filter...

Wasn't fortunate enough to be able to do business with IHOP since they ignored me sitting in a booth for 15 minutes. But drivers if you're tired and hungry the food at the fuel island is pretty good. I hope you're fortunate enough to have a better stay here then I did God bless you all! ???
