“The folks at Dan Hecht were very good at helping us out of a tough situation. Our car broke down on the interstate. We had our car towed to Dan Hecht Chevrolet. The service manager stayed late to make sure we were comfortable and properly taken care of. We also rented a car right there at the dealership. We definitely were well pleased with the service we received at Dan Hecht.”

“We were about half-way home on an 800-mile on I-70. The front right tire on our minivan failed while on the highway and we limped into Effingham, looking for help. We saw the sign for the Goodyear truck store right behind the Pilot facility. About 2:00 PM. The shop manager and his crew helped us out in sourcing a replacement tire, and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. We had a real mess on our hands, and these folks were friendly, caring, understanding with a little bit of humor thrown in. We got home safely, thanks to those guys. I called Goodyear's national emergency roadside service line, and they put me in touch with a local technician that was skilled, prompt, and - most importantly - fixed the problem without an up-sell.
