Three guys working the front desk. They have six bays, four are empty. I came in at noon and it's 3 pm now. All I need is a trailer tire replaced with my spare. Just checked in again and once again same three guys at the service desk and I was told it would be no sooner than 4 pm before they could handle my VERY simple repair. Wish I could give negative stars. This is the most inefficient shop I've ever seen in my 30 plus years as a driver.

One of the best truck stop and lots of fuel lines plus offer you clean restrooms ,plenty of food options even near by there are lots of food stores ,big parking space the only thing that give u stress is if u had to go through service dept they always had long lines as they are very busy through out the year

The mechanic shop is terrible. Bunch of guys standing around talking for hours and I'm still waiting for a tire to get changed. I'll ride on the rim to the next shop before I ever come back here. Just lazy people

The two girls in Dunkin, both have terrible attitudes. SO sad that this is what our beautiful country has come to. I was treated like a disease because I didn’t want whip cream after the fact that while the girl was making my drink she had all 4 of her fingers on the INSIDE of the lid! I don’t know where her fingers have been! I think she ran the drive through so obviously been handling money. Gross. Leave your fingers on the OUTSIDE of the cups and lid! Geez!

There are lots and lots of gas pumps so you don't have to wait you can get in get gas and get out plus they have a really big Donut Bar iced coffee bar Krispy Kreme donuts and they have a big store full of just about anything you could want and big freezers and refrigerators so and also they do have fountain soda

03/16/2024 I find some defects in my head light and I was try changing for my self how I do do usually, but there was wrong something with wireless. I get appointment for fixing this in shop. There was work on my truck Young guy and he was so aggressive. For every my question he was answered so aggressive. I was waiting there almost 4 hours, he didn't find the problem what wrong with my light. Then he say I can't find what wrong with yor light and you good to go. When I checked around wires I see he didn't put back head light cup , I asked him why you didn't put back this, he say is does not metr just go out. And he's broked my fog light. I'm not recommending this place for anyone. But other mechanics was so friendly, just this yong guy was so aggressive.
