I’m very disappointed w the customer service. There was 3 ladies working and not one of them greeted us or asked us if we needed anything. Not going back!!! I’ll just shop on line from now on

Absolutely love this sephora and all the girls are absolutely amazing! Especially Courtney! She made my 4 year old nieces day and was so helpful!! Definitely recommend this store!

I had a horrible experience with this store twice! Today January 12 2023 at 2:30 - 3 pm. The two blonde woman were mean and hateful. They didn't even say hi or ask if I needed anything. Then, I get up to the check-out with a brand name item. They rolled their eyes, scoffed, and laughed at me. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated! Everything that came out of their mouths was rude!! I am done shopping here at this Sephora. Nothing against Kohl's.

I did the survey but forgot to put the girls names who helped me! I think it was Cass and Mack? I believe that’s the names but the date was 10/11/22 at around 3:30 pm. They were amazing! Very nice and very helpful!

I often do not have a good experience at makeup stores because I feel ignored or like a nuisance while there. HOWEVER, I am happy to say that this new and closer Sephora has been a great experience so far. Both Summer and Mackenzie have helped me each time while I was looking to try something new. I believe Mackenzie recommended the Rare Beauty liquid blush to me which I love now! Summer also hooked me up with a new mascara that I definitely think I’ll be buying in full size. She also pointed me to Benefit cosmetics which has a setting spray (she has a tactful memory as I had previously been in the store to show my mother where her favorite primer by Benefit is so she made a superb suggestion by connecting the two with me) Summer also made sure my account was working properly so I could pick up my birthday gift.

So excited to have a Sephora here in Effingham!! Looks like they are still stocking some of the color options in certain makeup brands. Got my birthday gift and cashed in some points today!! Woo hoo!!
