This lady that took our order through drive thru-she was not being nice, and we weren’t done ordering and she said the price. And her name was debra, my grandmas egg McMuffin was stale. When she gave us the money she gave it rudely. And my hash brows tasted like chemicals. HORRIBLE PLACE. And they said they didn’t have coffee even when on menu.

Dirty and really needs a tech update on the pumps. The site in general needs a clean up on a more regular basis and the restrooms were kinda gross, its your basic sad midwest gas and go. Not recommended.

Pilots are great. Like most, this one is clean and well stocked. Love the privacy of their bathroom stalls. Having MCD next door is a bonus. We stop here whenever we visit family in Indy.

When no one was open due to Snowmageddon Feb 2022, and all of the truckstops were PACKED with 18 wheelers, we made a desperation stop here for a bathroom break and big hopes for food. Stephanie and her co-worker (so sorry I didn't catch his name) were ON IT. He was putting out fires with the packed parking lot. She was pulling out sandwiches and burritos and offering to heat up whatever we wanted. And they were tag-teaming the registers in between.Spicy burritos, Smartfood Popcorn and Diet Mountain Dew fueled us to finish our marathon drive across Illinois. I stopped here as I was traveling through Effingham. The price of the fuel was reasonable. I didn't interact with any employees. The pump was clean and the window wash was available. No issues.
