These guys are awesome they got me in and got right to work on my truck. My truck was derated and throwing a code for a turbo actuator, they tested it and turned out that it was the turbo. Got the turbo in next day and I’m back on the road!!!! Thank you so much Kenworth of Effingham!!!!!

Amazing. My truck gave me derate in 3 hours message. Got there 7am on Saturday Labor day weekend, and Doug from service dpt got me right in. I was afraid that my turbo is bad or something with DEF, but it was EGR sensor and they replaced it and did regen by 10am. It is litle bit pricey but that is normal for dealerships. Overall excellent experience, thank you guys so much. I wish every time I need service, I'm near you. :)

Excellent store if you are on the way along 57 there is parking for your truck and you can buy your part without any delay since it is always very empty

I live in Georgia but this is my place for service. 2020 KW t680, paccar mx13. Have been to other dealers, spent thousands of dollars and get 3 hours down the road and emissions light comes back on. Luckily derated within an hour of them. Haven't had a problem since. Shoutout to Amanda and Doug for their professional courteous service and communications skills. Their Techs actually diagnose problems and repair components. Other places I've used just swap out parts, turn out the light and send you down the road. Not these folks. They truly serve the customer. So thankful for them.

Ridiculous hold truck taking a week just about for DPF never use them for service. The longer us drivers aren’t rolling the more money we lose
