Very disappointed. I kindly asked for help and went through a nightmare from effingham branch. After calling the supervisor to voice concerns she sided with the personal baker. Who rushed me out of her office and promised afoillow up. Which she failed to do. In my 30 years in the corporate environment I don't see this outfit professional. This is my opinion. It's best you so your own research. After buying gift cards and going the extra mile to be kind when I needed help I was certainly pushed away. #Snooty, #not helpful # cattle call. No wonder why they had to close the branch by walmart. Please do your homework before banking here

The receptionist was very helpful and kind. Atmosphere is very welcoming and all my questions were answered with professionalism.

The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and efficient! I was able to set up an account quickly and they answered every question I had. The location is very nice as well!

Very nice and patient employees who really went above and beyond for me when I needed help with my account. They took the time to answer all of my questions and really made me feel like they cared if I understood or not! So glad to bank here!!!!

Poor answering service. You have to wait over 35 minutes for someone to answer phone to be forwarded to three or more people first. Then they still can't complete ur request to increase ur debit card limit for the day. So u can pay a large bill. No that's a process..... And it sounds like the entire time ur on the phone someone is on a third line pushing buttons and talking on and off in background while ur on hold!Worst bank

Imagine judging a business based on how well they do during a pandemic. No one is well staffed these days, and there's nothing wrong with them being drive thru only during a state mandated shut down. It's a good bank, full of people that are doing their best. When I've had inquiries, they've been very patient and helpful.

Was drive-through only! slow long lines tried to call somebody talk to.. was talking to an answering machine for 10 minutes recommend going to a smaller community bank like the Dieterich bank!!
