What a fabulous pet friendly hotel - the nicest one we have ever stayed in and we travel quite a bit! The hotel feels brand new - Spacious room and bath, very clean, extremely well lit (even a night light in the bathroom), plenty of charging outlets, great fridge, fabulous breakfast, etc. Can’t say enough - will always stay here on our way through Effingham.

Good standard hotel, things were quiet and the pool was nice. The bathroom in our room smelled a little funny but not a big deal. AC worked great. Tons of food options close by. I'd stay at this location again!

Hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of topping options for the waffles. I would definitely stay here again.

My family has stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and I have always been impressed with the facility. It's been several years since we have visited, though, so I was pleasantly surprised to find the building is still in great shape -- everything is clean, well maintained, and beautiful. I reserved the room online and checked in using the app, but still stopped by the front desk to grab a luggage cart and confirm my room number. The attendant at the front desk came up with us to personally ensure my pillows were all hypoallergenic, which I greatly appreciated as I am highly allergic to down.
The room was extremely comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to get to. And I love the app interactivity -- I was able to check in and out, message the hotel staff, and even open my hotel room door using the app. We will be back.

The Hotel, service staff, breakfast was all good except for the Limited TV Channels.
For what you're paying...I need the Biggest Selection of Channels when I'm cooped up in a hotel room.
Give me a Better darn selection of channels for the $$$ I'm paying ?... PLEASE...I SEE THAT THIS IS STARTING TO BE A COMMON AMIDST YOUR MORE EXPENSIVE $$$ Hotels.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in in a long time. I travel a great deal for Work and personal travel. I almost exclusively stay in the Hilton Brand and this hotel is by far the cleanest, I have been in, in quite sometime. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The night staff were great to work with and took great care to get me checked in even though I was extremely late arriving. Karen and Mackenzie were awesome. Any bad reviews that you see appeared to be more than five years old, clearly the management has made some major improvements in the hotel and personnel. I recommend this place to anybody.
