“The first Q-trip in Effingham, brand spanking new. Finally, a place for me to get my regular gas from Missouri when I'm up near Effingham. No longer do I need to search for great gas, and gas prices are fabulous to boot. Stop get a bite to eat, fresh drinks of all sorts. Fresh donuts, sandwiches, chips, hot dogs, breakfast sandwiches, and so much more. The cheapest gas price around, it's about time to get Missouri prices in Illinois! It's really cheaper than a lot of Q-trips in Missouri. Congratulations Q-Trip.”

“Stop here on our way to get the family in Ohio and the car will not crank I went in the store and ask the cashier if there was anybody else working and she said she was the only person how could she help me she gave me her keys and told me to boost my car. Conny my prayers are with you I thank God for people like you because u don't find them everyday. And I promise you I will pay it forward the same kindness that you offered to me. Oh the store the bathroom was clean and the customer service was great.”

“Everybody working here was very friendly. They went out of their way to help me find what I needed. It was very clean inside and had a good selection of products. They have showers on the premises. They also have a McDonalds inside. It is also very clean and they have quick service.”
“I went to Casey's this morning and It kept saying card declined at the pump so I checked.my bank account it showed that Casey's had put a hold on the entire amount I had in my account. So i go in to see why. Lady at the register i didn't see her name she was very nice tall blonde hair older lady and she got her manager again i didn't see the name sorry I am.so bad at looking at names the manager was a nice younger lady who had dark hair very pretty face and was very nice she paid 20 on my behalf to get the gas I needed I want to thank them.both for being so nice to me and being very helpful and caring !”

“One of the best truck stop and lots of fuel lines plus offer you clean restrooms ,plenty of food options even near by there are lots of food stores ,big parking space the only thing that give u stress is if u had to go through service dept they always had long lines as they are very busy through out the year”

“Everything was good, small size showers, warm towels, (the gentleman who clean the showers was so kind and respecful, just want to thank him. Great job sr.) games, laundry, everywas decent ( not the toilet, it was dirty )
The store is big big, festive. Well decorated, iluminated and distributed. There was a lot of people walking by, shopping, eating and doing different things.
They have tables inside and all amenities a Pilot/Flying has, but a little bit dirty.
The parking lot is big enought, and you may reserve them too.
It has an RV's station, 4W pumps and 18W pumps. Amazing staff, hardworking and atentive.
You will find a lot of products on sell, also Truck suplies and clothes.”
