Thank you Stacy & Kelly at the Effingham Illinois branch. I had a big problem with my account, and. these two wonderful ladies made it seem so small, they fixed the problem and I was in and out in 15min or less. They were so nice and professional. I am so grateful. Yes! 5 stars for you.?

Great place but they NEVER have a pen in the drive-thru. Always bring a pen with you.
