My car broke down 20 miles from Effingham while driving back to Chicago from Mississippi on Sunday night. Luck would have it that Monday was labor so I had to call off work and stay in Effingham until Tuesday when your center would be open. As I waited all day for my truck to be fixed, I observed customers come and go between those 2 domino's pizza deliveries. And what I noticed was everyone was satisfied with your service and I didn't hear one complaint. As far as my truck, I made it home and I have no complaints. I want to thank you in helping me get over that holiday nightmare!!!

We had a tire puncture while traveling home . And the folks at Effingham tire & auto were very helpful & were able to get us in right away. We were back on the road within a half hour.

Recently experienced car trouble while traveling across Illinois. Service Technician informed us they were open until 11 PM, provided hotel information and directions to their location. Dropped off car about 8:00 PM and received repair estimate by 10:00. Car was completed in less time than anticipated allowing us to be on the road in good time the next day. Very professional, explained details of work. They were concerned about our situation and worked us in around other appointments. Highly recommend their work.

Our car blew up on the side of the interstate and they let us tow our car there and he told us it was done and let us leave it there til we could go trade it in. The people at this place are the best people and very amazing we can't thank you all enough❤️

Had an early morning appointment in Mattoon, IL. Walked out into hotel parking lot and my car had a screw in the tire side panel. Googled tire repair and headed to Effingham Tire & Auto. They got me in for a quick tire change and were so fast and nice about everything. I would recommend them again and again. What service! Made my appointment in time. Thank you!!
