“Jake and everyone at J and R could not have been more helpful and thoughtful when repairing my wheelchair accessible vehicle. Unfortunately, circumstances didn't allow me to coordinate for accessible rental via my insurance, but Jake did everything possible to fast-track the repairs so I wouldn't be without transportation for a moment longer than necessary.
