By far the worst Walgreens location for a pharmacy. I moved all my meds to a competitor because their pharmacy is literally out of stock for every medication every time our family needs something. I have several meds that are filled on a routine basis and I can have them filled, mailed and delivered from Missouri faster than this Walgreens can get them in stock. I tried to continue using them for one-off needs when my kids would get sick, but eventually had to stop using them completely because they never had anything in stock. Phone calls and drive through both take at least 20+ minutes because wait times are so long. It's simply too frustrating and time consuming to continue doing business there.

Someone from this business stole my credit card information, did a"trial charge" of $0.01 and then charged a bigger amount; I am far from here and never even been to this State; so in summary what I have to tell Walgreen's is "KISS MY AZZ

I LOVE this location. All of the staff are professional and courteous. They answer any questions I may have about a script or an item in the store. I'd like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Kayla!! She goes above and beyond to ensure customers are treated almost like ROYALTY! Also, she is no repecter of person because she TREATS EVERYONE this way!! I had to wait on an Uber after picking up my script and she made sure I had water to drink and that if I got too hot while waiting, to just come back in and cool off. I LOVE seeing young people with these qualities especially since I'M the senior citizen now!!! ?

It’d be cool to move the Curbside Pickup away from the closet parking spots so I don’t have see old folks walking past all the empty Curbside Pickup spots. You could literally have Curbside Pickup in the farthest spots since those customers don’t have to leave their vehicle.

The pending charges on your cards are not from this store. This store is just a front end store and cannot do anything on their level to fix it. It is from the distribution center since they’re in the same city. The distribution centers phone number is not out for the public. Just call 1800 Walgreens.

I really liked this location for a while, started using them 8 years ago, but the service of the pharmacy just kept getting worse until we couldn't take it anymore. Several mix ups with our insurance, charged us as though we had none without telling me. Tried to get difference back 3 days later when we straightened things out with insurance but were refused supposedly because we were too late after just a couple of days. The original pharmacist told us to come back within a week and they could refund, also our insurance said we were within the time frame for a refund on the difference. When we came back head pharmacist looked annoyed and just stated too late and dismissed us with a bad attitude. Offered no evidence just her opinion, probably just did not want to be bothered to do they work. The last straw was they refused to refill a prescription that still had several refills because they thought I refilled several times more since my last pickup. This was impossible because my insurance would not have allowed this and neither would the pharmacy themselves! They overrode my doctor request to fill the remaining prescriptions due and somehow blocked that prescription from being filled anywhere! So I had to have a new appointment with the doctor just to get the refill waisting his valuable time and mine! Because they made a mistake and accused me of refilling again and again like an addict they caused me to miss days of an important drug I need. Needless to say I changed to another pharmacy. If you are considering this pharmacy please just stay away, it will save you headaches and stress later. Oh one more thing I never got calls that my automatic refills were ready for pickup and maybe half the time it was never filled. Its almost feels like they want to drive away customers with poor service. Incompetent people work here who will blame you for their mistakes and cause you grief!

My dad was released from the hospital after being in the ICU for the past three weeks. Walgreens called to say his prescriptions were ready at 6:10pm and when my mother got there at 6:15pm they were closed for the night, even though the pharmacist on the phone said they were open until 9, taking dinner break at 6:45. I stopped using Walgreens and now go to CVS which I have NEVER had an issue with at all. Walgreens in Edwardsville is THE WORST.

I am always pleased. I think it is very professional that the register staff greets customers when entering and thanks them when leaving the building. Bev in pharmacy is particularly attentive to my scripts and scheduled refills.
