Purchased a 800 dollar phone was defective and replaced replacement had same defects was referred to Samsung for replacement sent back to Verizon for replacement. Verizon will not take replacement responsibility regardless of Samsung saying it's Verizon responsibility..was told I shouldn't have opened and closed the phone so much ..what is a flip phone for then!!!.. sales people were rude and just kept saying it's not there issue but I could buy a new phone after I pay the defective one off in full..over 20 years we have been with Verizon never have I dealt with this level of ignorance

First of all, thanks for being open on Sunday! We upgraded a phone today and went for a streaming bundle. Paul was the guy who helped us today. He went the extra mile for us and made this entire process smooth! Thanks Paul for your patience!! Verizon in Edwardsville should be glad to have you!!

They told me to come back in a couple weeks. Because they have no Samsung phones because they're coming out with the new ones. But the phone I wanted is not coming out new in a couple weeks. I don't want the 24. I wanted to get z fold Which has been out for a while

Verizon? More like VeRAYzon! I was ready to switch to a competitor until Ray the Rockstar talked me through my issues and facilitated my line transfer and phone upgrade like a true professional. I am shocked there is not a line of women around the block with “phone issues” seeking the help of Raymond. That man deserves a raise!

I recently signed with Verizon with their 5G Internet service. Special offer NFL package for free on Verizon. Talk to customer service they couldn’t figure it out. I also did the chat and they couldn’t figure it out either. I went into the store to try to fix it there in Edwardsville. She said I needed an appointment not very friendly. Didn’t care to help at all and her last words were no worries. really , it’s been a big waste of my time. Thanks

Upgraded a phone at this location in less than 30 min, and left satisfied with the transaction. This is after they helped me correct my mistake for ordering the wrong phone online. Turned out it was much simpler to correct than I thought.

We upgrade our phones and got our youngest a tablet, specifically said no to the protection plan on everything aside from his tablet, puts protection on everything and i cant get it changed. Also go talked into a different plan to save on apple music, specifially asked if we would be able to log into my wifes account because everything is synced to my info for our phones, was told yeah just sign in but no we cant do that all, that was a lie told to get me to pay for a more expensive plan i didnt want, put a screen protector on my wifes iPhone wrong and there was an air bubble at the ear piece, figured it would just go away if we pushed down on it, no it didn't it stayed, it has now spread to 3 other spots where it's coming off so we went back in to have it fixed, we were informed there is nothing they can do for us we have register make a claim to get a new screen protector but it only needs replaced because YOUR associate put it on wrong and now you won't replace it at all. I ONLY come here because you're a larger store than the one in Alton and there's no other options.
