I rented tables, chairs, and tablecloths for a casual holiday party. Everyone taking my order was so helpful and friendly. The guys delivered on time, and were super friendly as well. They picked it up on time as well. Highly recommend!

I rented white chairs for my babyshower and they were soooo dusty and had wear & tear. & some of them were stained. I had to wipe down every one of them. Not the best quality.

The guys at this location, and the location itself, were freaking awesome. I rented a brush hog a few days back for a huge project and ended up not needing it, and they worked with me to rent it another day to make it as hassle free as possible and they were extremely kind about it. When I came back to the brush hog, it lasted a few hours before something on it locked up, as machinery will do from time to time.. No big deal, and the guys were crazy cool about it and we’re really nice about helping me get it back. I will rent all my equipment from you guys from now on. I’m super impressed with the politeness and the professionalism of this location. Thanks for all your help, gentlemen!

I stopped by the store yesterday and spoke to the owner,Dale, about renting a mini excavator for the next day. Dale stated the machine was available. I asked him if my full-size SUV was adequate and he said that per his insurance I needed a half ton pick up truck and not a half ton SUV. OK, whatever, no problem. I asked if I could put it on hold and he said he would not do that. I called back today and stated I have a pick up truck and would like to come pick up the machine. Dale stated that someone else had put it on hold and is picking it up. What ticks me off is that he had the opportunity to take my name and phone number and put the machine on hold and if someone else was interested in it he could've called me and asked me if I lined up a truck. Instead, there was no apology just a response saying that he didn't want to miss out on a rental so it's clearly all about the money and nothing about customer service. I've been to this place a few times over the years without regret but now I know it's more about the money and less about repeat customers! I will not use this company or recommend them anymore!
