Guard at gate was fast friendly and informative, proceeded to receiving office got a door assignment hit the dock red light and unloaded in 20 minutes. Great place

My appointment was at noon and I got here at 8:12am. I was in the door by 8:30. Immediately started unloading me. Took 14 minutes to unload me. Great place. Very polite people.

Took awhile to load, around 2 hours. But the backing was easy, the staff were pleasant, and a bathroom is available in the shipping office area.

Screw this facility, dispatch sent me here to drop and hook. When I checked in, they responded with "oh we didn't get that trailer loaded, sorry you have to live load". Two hours waiting with the green light still on, I go back into the office, and I'm told, "your load is getting audited". I'm beyond livid, this is ridiculous. One star is too many for this place is a complete joke.

I know it's different for everyone, but this is the best experience I've had in my short 2 years as a professional driver. From the time I checked in at the guardshack to the time I checked out at guardshack was 30 mins. Quickest offload ever!!!

It does take a few hours to load, took right at 2. However it went very smooth. Checked in a guard shack, went to shipping office, got a door right away. They started loading right away. They do have the high secure doors so all you do is back in and they open to load or unload. It will be sealed once done so make sure if you drop on the other end to use some straps or load bars you no longer want. Would come back.

I got here at 12PM for 3PM appointment. They told me to come back at 3PM. I came back and waiting for loading. Over 3 hours not started yet.
