We recently had our Honda Odyssey worked on. There was over 200 dents from the March hail damage. I was referred by State Farm as they are State Farm preferred shop. This was my first claim with State Farm, I cannot tell how awful State Farm was through this process, but South Side made it right. They didn’t cut corners and the vehicle looked better than the day we picked it up at the dealership. I have had several poor experiences with other local body shops over the years, I will definitely keep South Side in mind for the future. Thanks South Side!

Very impressed with the HIGH QUALITY WORK and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I recently purchased my new Audi and within less then two weeks we had a horrible hail storm in Edwardsville. I called around right away and most body shops wouldn't follow up or even had an opening to fix the hail damage for months. I happened to call Southside and was greeted by Nikki. She was so polite and caring, I knew right then that I wanted to work with them! She had great follow up the entire time and when I got my vehicle back today it looked perfect...they even cleaned and detailed it and I felt like I had a brand new car all over again! Their work is amazing...I highly recommend giving them a chance if you need body work done or even want your vehicle cleaned and detailed. I really appreciate how easy they made this process and how much they communicated with me throughout this stressful time. Thank you again Southside...you truly are ALL STARS!!

I had a run in with a deer and needed body work on my 14 year old Tacoma. My State Farm agent recommended South Side Allstar and I'm glad I took their advice. They are a trusted provider with State Farm so the cooperation between the two made the process very smooth. South Side did an excellent job on my truck. I've had it since it was new and I have babied the drive train but the paint had faded over the years and I had let that slide. I guess they buffed the hood. When I picked it up the hood shined like it was new. The front end looks great. All the lines between the hood and fender are straight. They washed the whole truck inside and out and even cleaned the tires with Armor All. My truck hasn't looked this good in years.In addition to the deer damage, I had a couple scratches that were deep enough to get some light rust over the last 10 years. They asked me to pick up the touchup paint and said they'd get the rust off, apply primer, and touch them up for 1 hour of labor charge. I know it took more than an hour and the scratches are gone and the touch up paint blends in perfectly. On top of a first class job they did this work for free.I highly recommend South Side Allstars and will use them for any future body work I need.

I went in with an appointment to see if they could pop one side if my bumper back in without needing to order parts. Not only could they, they did it right then and there in the parking lot without charge. I was amazed at that kind of customer care in this day and age! Thumbs up!
