I walked in to get a pedicure and because I have lymphadema they would not give me one. They also embarrassed me and verbally abused me. I have been there several times before and never treated like I was yesterday 07/24/24.

I am so unhappy with this place. I made and appointment the day before coming in and I called the day of to confirm that my appointment was still good. I drove 45 minutes to get there. When I got there they said the person that I booked with was not there and if I left and came back in 1 hour someone else could do it. They did not call me to tell me that my appointment was not possible or anything. They did not even say sorry. I lived far away so I could not go home and come back. Very disappointing for me. They did not act like they cared at all.

Took my daughter to get a nail set she saw online, looks like French tips with rhinestones. Turned out beautiful and she will love having them all week for her birthday at the end of the week.
Thanks for making this a great visit.
I had some reading for work and was able to get it done, too.
Gave 4 stars bc of the high price. I know it was custom nails, but it was over $100 before we tipped.

Will not be going back. I have given this nail salon many chances but after my last appointment I will not be going back. Each time I schedule an appointment with a specific individual and I never get to have them do my nails. I have had two decent sets of nails but also a butchered pedicure and this last terrible manicure.

tell me why i go in for a FILL, sit in there for 2 hours getting a basic french and then they tell me it’s $70. that is absolutely ridiculous and just not even right. i have never paid over $50 for a full set ANYWHERE. i do not have this kind of money, i work a minimum wage job and i am in college. i hope they feel good about the fact that they just robbed me blindly.

I’m called to make an appt and immediately received a text confirmation. Henry knows how to give a wonderful Pedicure. Relaxing in the massage chair and offered water or soft drink. Also, Nicki gave an excellent manicure. Cost is also reasonable in comparison to some others in the area and I got in within an hour by calling on a Saturday afternoon.

Kim is the best! My nails look absolutely stunning!!! I told her I wanted a design and she did not disappoint!!! She takes time n makes suggestions! The place is so clean and staff friendly

They charged me a extra 25 for a simple design kinda like a French manicure just without the fill in and my nails are already coming off and I’ve had them on for like a week and a hafe and I don’t do hard labor or anything service was good tho

I have been to this Tipsy about 4 times. They have great colors and it's easy to get into but that's about where it ends. My last visit was the worst by far and I will not go back. I had a pedicure which was...okay. I also asked for my gel fingernail polish to be removed and that was my biggest mistake. She DESTROYED my nails. She used the electric nail drill to remove the polish but was so rough that she left cracks, lines, dents, etc all over my poor fingernails. They are so sore, thin and broken (over a week later). I will have to wait for them to completely grow out for any hope at a healthy nail. I had only had ONE gel manicure before this appt and my nails were VERY healthy before this removal. Do yourself a favor and do not attempt to ask for this service. 100% total regret!

Came here with my mom to get nails done came out better then I thought. I have very sensitive nails and I had a broken nail but here I felt nothing. They're very gentle
