The maintenance men are not pleasant. I don't appreciate how Jay the guy at the desk treated me. He had an attitude as soon as he saw me ( maybe because I'm a woman or my skin color or he didn't want to be there). Usually in and out within a couple hours they told me 30 minutes but it's been almost an hour and they still haven't come to get my trailer.

if you are a driver bring your food with you tried to borrow a car its like applying for food stamp in the end they said you are limited to one hour even tho the resturant is 25 minutes away, so i told him nevermind, i tried to order food delivery the guy refuse to deliver to that location because sometimes the driver cannot get out on foot to pick up the food, so basically maximum security prison,

Be careful not to leave stuff laying around here. The cleaning crew doesn't have a lost and found like they do at other OCs. I forgot my prescription medicated shampoo and soap in the shower and when I came out someone from the cleaning crew was standing right next to door. She went in to clean. A few hours later I went back in because I realized I forgot them. Was told by a maintenance guy that they just throw people’s stuff away at this location. Couldn't find it in any trash cans. Now I have to go without shampoo and maybe soap for 2+ weeks. That shampoo is expensive, and I was right there. :( The bottle has an obvious rx label so I'm surprised it was thrown away so quickly. Please consider a lost and found, or at least setting aside important things in the driver lobby for a day or something. Schneider employees tend to be respectful of others and don’t steal so I think stuff would be fine there. :) No driver services desk or employees either.

You know the reputation here is bad whenever you are attempting to deliver 1 skid of brake drums to the shop and have been ignored for over 30min so I call dispatch and he knew why I was calling before I even spoke.

The Edwardsville OC is dedicated to their production and keeping their cost down they accomplish this by not reimbursing driver expenses and by forcing drivers to work scheduled off days. I was hired part time they rarely got me home on time. I gave them 4 days I got home in 5. I gave them 5 and they wanted me to work a 14hr day that may have gotten me home on day 6. This OC needs fresh people who will take care of the drivers. This OC is 0 stars.

To whom this may concern: after reviewing the video in compass on DRIVER HARASSMENT COMPLIANCE ,I am speaking out on how I was treated by DTL TOMMY CLARK and OPERATION MANAGER DOUGLAS HARRY the two months I drove at the Edwardsville OC. They both disrespected me as a person, as a female as a driver and as an employee of Schneider. They laugh at me. Talked about me and lied to me and on me on a number of occasions. And they used their leadership authority to impede me from growing and making extra income with Schneider. I hope that this information will reach if just one person who heart is caring to forward tihs in the correct direction so I may discuss this in more detail.
