Great experience with PODS. We had two units - one long distance and one local. Everyone was great both on the phone and the drivers especially Bob in Illinois and Taylor in Florida. Nothing broken and on time. They have a great communication system that keeps you posted on status and making chances was super easy. Definitely would use PODS again!

I first used Pods 20 years ago and found it to be very convenient for my move. So when I relocated I went back to Pods and I’m so happy that I did! I can load everything up on my schedule and get the pod delivered and unload again on my schedule. there’s nothing better when you’re moving anywhere then the convenience of having everything you love in a Pods ?

The professional who delivered my POD was incredibly helpful and respectful. Bob was cheerful, calm and reassuring on a big day in my life. He also was able to position and place the POD on my wooded lot with ultimate respect for my wildlife and yard. BOB from the STL area was amazing!!! I highly recommend using PODS.

This is our first time using PODS and so far the experience had been all positive. They were quick to give us a quote and very flexible about delivery date. Their communication has been on point. On delivery day, Bob was very professional and helpful. It was Jacques’ first day but he jumped right in to learn and appeared to be receptive to what Bob was telling him. Both were very polite. Two thumbs up!

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. My belongings were ruined because they don’t have a properly secured storage facility with pest control so mice destroyed all my clothes and furniture. Their warehouse is listed as being open 8-3 but in reality, it is an unmanned warehouse that is by appointment only. Not that that matters to them either way, because I had an appointment to visit my container and I drove an hour to get there and guess what? No container. No one there to tell me what’s going on. I blew up the phone number listed on the front door until someone called me back and said that they didn’t know if I was going to be there or not so they didn’t pull it out and it was too late in the day to pull it out plus they were over an hour away from the warehouse. SO DISAPPOINTED.

MILITARY MEMBERS: DO NOT USE. We started working PCS orders in Jan 2022, and initially contracted with PODS for 4 (then 5) 8x16 containers for a PCS DITY move from OKC to Scott AFB, with approx 2 months in storage. Every time we spoke with a rep during the initial set up, we made sure they knew this was a military PCS and that we needed Weight Tickets; even got charged $64.99 per container! PODS reps told us the weight tickets would be mailed to us; never got them. Pickups went ok and all 5 were picked up, even if one was at the last minute (day our old house sold!). In Feb 22 we began calling to ask where the weight tickets were, since we hadn't received them yet. In late Mar 22 we moved into our home at our new assignment, asked the delivery drivers if they had the tickets, and we were told to contact customer service. Called over a dozen times and sent several emails, and in mid-May we finally got copies of only 3 "empty" and 3 "full" weight tickets (needed them for all 5 containers, or 10 total) that were blown up (doesn't show all the info or full page), with no name or container #, and the weights were unreadable. TMO would not accept these, and we called back asking for all of the tickets and better copies. Emailed back and forth with a rep and still got nowhere. Now 10 months later and still no help from anyone at this company - just to make clear, readable COPIES of items we were charged for but never received! Can't get reimbursed for the move from TMO without the weight tickets. AVOID USING THEM, or you'll be out of a lot of money, too!! "Keep more money in your pocket"-hahaha not with this company. Terrible customer responsiveness; can never speak to anyone with authority to get this fixed. DO NOT USE.
