We are very pleased with MEMS. Friendly and competent staff. The units and site are clean and easy to get into. We've used several storage companies in our years of moving around, and MEMS is one of the best.

Unit is clean and secure. The lot is fenced with gated access. Employees have been helpful and honest. I have used this service several times.

I lost my keys and had to have them come and drill the lock out. Everyone was friendly and so kind and helpful! I strongly encourage them for your storage needs!!

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! They were always there to take our calls and assist when working through all of the necessary processes and info we needed for our unit. I truly feel that the things I've stored in one of their units is incredibly safe as their security systems such as the number of cameras throughout the premisses and the pin code system used to enter and leave the facility gives me full confidence that they have taken every precaution to keep customers units safe! For anyone in Edwardsville, especially if your a college student like me who doesn't live close by and needs a place to store things post move out, please come here!

They are a very clean and secure place to have your things. The ladies at the desk are very friendly caring women. They try to work with everyone. It is expensive but worth every penny all because of the ladies and the owner They are such a kind friendly caring people and the environment is always kept clean!They store everything here! Love this storage place!!!Thank you for everything you've done for myself and my family

I have used Meto East Mini-Storage for many years. I have rented all size of units. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. On the rare occasion maintenance is needed, service has been prompt and efficient.
