I've had my DogWatch system for 14 years. Highly recommend Metro-East DogWatch. They have great customer service, as well. No issues with the system whatsoever. They send replacement batteries quickly.

Game changer, dogs and people agree. We love the electric fence they installed.Installer was great, so helpful, quick and punctual. Took the time to explain it all, gave an overview of the training, went through it with me and the dogs and within a week, dogs knew the program, even the younger, obnoxious one.Quick and simple and we are all happy, these guys were great and very reasonable. We are so very happy with our invisible fence. The installation was done on time and very quickly. We have had support from the trainer that has been ongoing. He has come to our home twice to check on my dogs' progress and to check the level of correction. Another home visit is planned for next month. If you are thinking about this option to keep your pet safe, do not hesitate to use this company. Worth every penny. Peace of mind is priceless
