The team is very nice, helpful, professional, and thorough. They treat customers honestly and fairly, taking great care of vehicles. Staff are super nice and very helpful in explaining issues, doing research, and trying hard to help. Services are completed by the needed time, with the convenience of a lockbox for drop-off. Customers report being well taken care of and indicate they will return.
I was 2 and 1/2 hours from home with a flat tire. The Edwardsville store went the extra mile to get me back on the road and home that day. Thanks guys!
