New card was declined. Had never been used and I had a credit on my account. Sale associates were no help in figuring out problem and wouldn’t look up my account on line. Very disappointed.

Poor systems, only self checkout available. Rude guy in customer service yelling across the store instead of walking over to talk to customers like their an actual human. Will not be returning to this location.

The store was unorganized especially in the main dressing room area. The walking isles were full of stuff clothes and miscellaneous.
I don't like having to check my merchandise out myself. I'd rather order on-line

Charles is amazing. He was very helpful to the couple in front of me as well as myself. He made sure they were signed up to start receiving rewards. He showed them how to gain access to it and he helped me find my mystery 40% off.

Edwardsville, IL store has really improved its merchandise for this season, going into back to school as well as home decorating. I found a couple of gorgeous hand made glass pieces, at very reasonable price, for my living room and am very satisfied.
