While the quality of the clothing and the inventory is always wonderful, The owner that sits behind the desk is always so very unwelcoming. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and every time I come visit I am met with the same attitude. I won’t be back. Three strikes, your out. She makes you feel like you are the scum on her shoe. Very unfriendly. With online boutiques that offer free shipping, I will gladly give them my business. Don’t spend your hard earned money here.

The employees are wonderful and super helpful. I’m giving four stars because they did have some really beautiful and high-quality stuff. It was just frustrating for me as a midsize girl because Everything ran super small and unless you’re a size small or medium, there really isn’t much to offer here. I may try again in the future but I left feeling pretty badly about myself.

Love this place!! I came in because I went to Dillards thinking they would have some up to date styles, they did not. I decided to shop local and heard about Loverly. I went in and was greeted by the shop owner, Tammy. She was so nice! They had such a great collection of up to date styles coupled with quality clothing that I had not experienced in years. I told Tammy I had been working from home for over 2 years and my wardrobe was mostly sweatpants. I hadn't felt attractive for a while since all I did was work in sweatpants. Tammy totally understood and starting pulling items to help me. She knew exactly what looked good on me. She was able to pull styles that were quality, trending but not too trendy and that flattered me. I was elated. I finally felt like myself again. My husband loved every outfit I bought. I cannot wait for the spring and summer styles to come out because I will definitely be back! This is the only place I will buy clothes from now on. Beyond elated to have a shop like this in Edwardsville! Thank you Tammy!!!

Lots to love at Loverly! I got lots of great Christmas gifts here for my family and friends. Everything in the store is so cute! The staff is so nice and helpful. Will definitely be going back.

I have shopped several times at Loverly and am always very pleased with the selection and quality. They have a wide range of products and you can always find something for yourself or a gift for someone special. I am also able to find size XS which is very difficult to find in small boutiques and even most stores. All of the employees there are super friendly and helpful!

The owner refused to help me with a ring that I bought from her store after it broke. She first asked me if I did anything to the ring like perhaps hitting it against a hard surface (not sure what she meant by that). After I said no, she simply said “there’s really nothing I can do for you” and preceded to hand me back the $75 ring. She gave me a phone number to call the manufacturer to “see if they could help me”. I am thoroughly disgusted with the atrocious customer service.
