Great, great, GREAT. I LOVE Kirkland's Home. They ALWAYS have great finds. Most items are reasonably priced and they have AWSOME sales. Kirkland's Home have limited and quality products, whereas I everyone most likely won't have what you have.

Kirkland’s is great. I love their products and their sales. But there is a lady at the Edwardsville location that is absolutely non customer friendly every single time we come in there.

NEVER ordering from Kirkland's online ever again!!! The customer service is the worst!! $200 worth of dishes ordered for a family event. They only sent cups and failed to send everything else. Had to call 3 times in order to get a ticket put in for a replacement. They blamed FedEx and then some 3rd party distributor. I asked for a refund and they refused. Asked for a manager and they will call me back within 48 hours. By that time my family event will be over! No one in customer service even pretended to care! NEVER AGAIN!

I would like to start by saying that I do like this store and am very satisfied with the items I am able to buy there, but that is the issue being able to buy them. This review is about the company as a whole and not this specific store. Their online ordering is a joke. You can’t order online and have it shipped to you OR pick up in store unless your store has it in their inventory. you’re ordering from your store’s inventory and not the inventory of a warehouse somewhere. So if you designated store doesn’t have it in stock, sorry you can’t get it. I called about an item and was told a store 5 hours away has 20 of the item. Ok, then why can’t I order it and it be shipped to me or my store? This has happened to me multiple times over the years with various items. I give up. It is frustrating to like an item so much, but have no option to buy because of their antequated system or way of doing business. So like most things I buy in this day and age, I will go with the second preferred option on Amazon, which will be on my doorstep in 2 days. Get with the times Kirklands!
