This place is great!! I was looking for an engagement ring and I started off at another place and felt very pressured into things I wasn’t exactly wanting. That was not the case at Elliott’s! I went in and explained what I was looking for and they found it for me right away and the price was very fair. Great experience all the way through and I will not go anywhere else other than here from now on.

I had a great experience at Elliott today! I brought a chain in to be repaired after a botched repair at a different jeweler in town. The men in the shop were so nice and gave me different options about how to fix it. I ended up choosing the easy solution, since they were able to fix it in shop for $10. I was so pleased with their customer service and their abilility to fix jewelry without sending it off. I will return here for sure!

I had to have my rings cut off and took them here to be repaired and they are better than new. Extremely satisfied and very happy to have a place I can trust. I'll be a customer for life.

My wife and I went to Elliott Fine Jewelers to get our watches adjusted and left having found a new jeweler for our needs! The owner and employees were so knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable that I am confident I have found the right jeweler.We asked so many questions about jewelry and the folks at Elliott really took the time to go into detail about the answers and explain the process.The custom pieces we viewed at Elliott are gorgeous! Elliott Fine Jewelers have given us so many options for renewing and repurposing older pieces into something new and significant in our lives and I am truly grateful to them.10/10 would recommend.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I enjoy doing business with this family owned business. The owner of the shop is always friendly, most helpful, and will spend all the time in the world with you, if need be. Also his son, Christian, I cannot say enough good things about him. He truly went over the top for me when I wanted something custom made. He is one of the kindest people I have met - can’t say enough good things about him. I had the best experience! The staff was very professional, kind and efficient. I broke the chain and clasp on my necklace and I was extremely impressed with how fast they were able to fix everything and how perfect the finished result was. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!

While this store was owned and run by the original owner, it was a nice place. The gentleman was very kind and was more than fair with the occasional repairs we brought in. However, once the business was transferred to the new owner (the original owner's son), things changed drastically. I have bought a few pieces at this point, and didn't shop around. Shame on me, because the items were VERY overpriced. A $80 pair of sterling silver hoops I purchased have never securely closed, and one has fallen off each time I have worn them. That doesn't exactly instill confidence in the quality of the jewelry that is sold here. A $100 pair of very thin sterling silver drop earrings are so fragile and delicate that I can hardly touch them without having them bend out of shape, so they never get worn. In addition, I purchased two stone bracelets for five times the price I have now seen them sold for elsewhere. Again, shame on me for not shopping around. I falsely believed that I could trust that I was not going to get ripped off at this store. The main problem I have, however, is the repair work that my husband and I have had done. For example, we paid close to $150 to have my husband's wedding ring resized. We paid extra for the ring to be etched like it was originally. When this jeweler sized the ring, he didn't add any gold. As a result, the ring was/is so thin that it bent way out of shape almost immediately. We've seen another jeweler about it and they say now we're going to have to basically buy a new piece of gold to put on the back side of the ring to make it wearable again, for approximately $200. After having paid so much for this crappy sizing job, I'm not exactly pleased. Elliott's didn't add the etching on the ring that we paid extra for either. In addition, one of the diamonds in his ring fell out. Elliott's charged us around $369 for a teeny weeny diamond. Recently we asked a different jeweler to check the prongs in my husband's ring for us, hoping to prevent losing any more stones. This jeweler told us that the diamond Elliott's charged us $369 for was a $22 stone. And Elliott's didn't fix the prongs either. According to the new jeweler, with the prongs as they are, all of the stones are going to fall out pretty soon because the prongs are so worn down from 25 years of wear. So not only did Elliott's neglect to fix the prongs when he replaced the vastly overpriced diamond, he also did not tell us that they needed work to prevent losing more stones. Was this so that he could charge us a ton of money to replace the rest of the diamonds after they inevitably fall out? I don't know, but it sure doesn't make me think he is trying to save us from the heartbreak of losing stones or having rings so flimsy that they can't be worn. I will never step foot in this store again. For anyone looking for reasonably priced jewelry and quality repair work done correctly, I highly advise you to try somewhere else.

Doug and his son were fantastic to work with. I never once felt like I was being pushed in any direction I didn't want to go. They took a guy who had little to no knowledge and guided me to what I believe to be the perfect engagement ring. Would highly recommend to anyone, and plan on going to them for any jewelry inquiries in the future!

My wife lost the center stone from her engagement ring. After speaking with Mr. Elliot he gave us a really good breakdown of her old ring and offered a new design to accommodate the new center stone.My wife loves the design of the new ring. Elliot offered to make something from the diamonds left in the old ring.Master of the craft and fair. This is a Jeweler so the experience is what matters not the cost. I will continue to enjoy the pleasure of a true diamond purchase experience.
