We recently built our house and worked with Leslie at Winnelson. She was our deciding factor on using Winnelson! Leslie is amazing and helped us every step of the way and then some! We have been in our home for over a year now and I still call/text her with questions and she responds within minutes! We have never experienced customer service like this! We will always go back here due to the high level of support she gives!

5***** Extra Mile Service. Needed to replace an OLD Water Main gate valve. They did everything to save its life, but unable. I bought a new Ball Valve.

Building addition onto house needed 2 bathrooms and Leslie was excellent and helped us a lot. Pricing was better than expected compared to others(even box stores) and better quality. Highly recommend.

I went there armed only with a picture of a long-time leaking bathroom faucet, with the intent of buying a new one. Without knowing the brand of the faucet, the gentleman showed me what to do in great detail, offered a set of rubber seals and springs totaling $5.18. Within 20 minutes of arriving home, the faucet was fixed. You won't find that kind of knowledge or assistance at the big box stores.

I just happened to notice the "mediocre" reviews, so thought I would point out the fact that people are normally only motivated to post a review when they have had a bad experience. As for myself, I have been there at least a dozen times. Prices are less than the "big box" stores. The people behind the counter were helpful. Never any problem with the products.

We've went there a few times for items and each time the customer service was terrible. They act like we are a bother. We needed a bowl gasket, the guy brings two out and says "you choose". Then he makes a smart a** comment about he can make the new one look like the old one if he took it out to the parking lot and ran it over a few times. Well no crap. It was old and that's why we were replacing it! I'd rather drive to Ace or somewhere else. This is where Kriege is truly missed.

This is a place for plumbers and serious property owners. We have bought numerous water heaters and a water softener. They are supremely helpful. They will not sell you crappy stuff or something unnecessary. I really appreciate their help and experience/expertise.
