Great Place to know if you own a BMW… or other cars too… they were very knowledgeable on my BMW n54 and held true to their verbal commitment with diagnoses process, time frame to complete and cost… HIGHLY recommend this team…

The guys at Cooper autoworks are great my car broke down out front and they pulled a few of the guys out to help load it on my buddies trailer. It looks like they have some nice cars up for sale in their lot.

My son’s 2013 mini broke. Cooper Autoworks provided options, explained the issues and risks with each option. I’m in the Chicago area and was worried about logistics and payment. Cooper Autoworks made it simple and had my kid back on the road!

Kelsey is an angel! We were on our way to a family reunion on Sunday of Labor Day from St. Louis to Bethalto loaded with kids, crock pots and coolers. She saw us on the side of the road with a flat tire and stopped to offer help. We were having issues with the bottle jack that came with my 4Runner, she drove to her shop and brought us floor jack and an impact wrench to help us. Amazing lady, and if I ever own a BMW, I would only take it to Cooper Auto.

While I didn’t get any work done at this shop, I did have a chance to meet with the owners. They are kind and more than willing to share their passion with you. I highly suggest them for any services you may need!

I live within 1 mile of another independent BMW mechanic, and a BMW dealer. I live about 10 minutes from a second independent BMW shop. I've heard some not so good things about the one close to home so I decided against using that shop. I did some research and came across Cooper Autoworks and liked what I saw. I like the fact that they were so highly rated by other customers so I decided to give them a try, even though they are 45 miles from my house.I converted my 98 BMW from an automatic to a stick shift. After getting it all done, I had a clutch issue that I could not resolve on my own, so I took it to Cooper Autoworks. Calvin and Kelsey are the nicest, most genuine people that truly care about customer service. I've only ever taken a car to a mechanic one other time in my life. I've always maintained and repaired my cars on my own. So, I was pretty apprehensive about someone else doing the work. Kelsey and Calvin were both great about answering questions before doing the work.Calvin did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. He took his time and explained exactly what the issue was and also explained my options. I'm on a tight budget, and he worked with me to figure out the best option for my money. He did a great job fixing the issue. If you don't know, Kelsey is active in outreach, getting kids involved in auto mechanics. When I picked my car up, Kelsey spent at least 30 minutes with my 10 year old gear head daughter, that helps me work on cars. She showed her around the shop, let her climb around on one of their race cars and showed her all of the other cars they had there. My daughter loves Kelsey!Once I got the car home, I discovered a problem that was associated with the transmission. Nothing Calvin did at all. It was my mistake while installing the 5 speed. Even though it wasn't his problem, Calvin took the time to have a couple phone conversations and emails to help me work through the problem.I highly recommend using Cooper Autoworks for service and repair of your BMW. The level of work and customer service is amazing. Their prices are much cheaper than the dealer and other BMW shops that I looked into.

Great customer service. Disclosed various potential problems and if any of the cars needed additional services. Gave great tips for finding the right ride.

I honestly don’t know where to start. They guys have great customer service skills. They return calls very quickly and are always friendly! I had to call them a million times dealing with my warranty company and they never made me feel like I was a bother. They diagnosed my vehicle very quickly and got it repaired in a timely manner. They are very reasonably priced. This was my first time having to have my X5 repaired and I never plan on taking it anywhere else for repairs. I wish I could give these guys 100 stars!

Just had my second oil change with them and just like last time my experience was great! When I called to schedule my oil change they were able to get me in the next day. Once I arrived they were able to quickly get my car in and got the oil change and inspection done in a timely manner and fair price. From the inspection they did notice some maintenance items that will need to be done here soon enough and brought them to my attention and are working on getting me quotes as we speak. All the staff were very informative and friendly. 10/10 A+ will be back and recommend.
